Your Complete Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vr9999 ("vr9999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vr9999 online gaming platform available at vr9999.net, including all associated services, game lobbies, sportsbook functions, payment processing, and promotional activities.

Duplicate accounts, including accounts created under different names or Pakistani mobile numbers by the same individual, are prohibited. vr9999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles vr9999 to close your account and forfeit all associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vr9999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your vr9999 account details with any other person. All activity conducted through your vr9999 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your vr9999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vr9999 immediately via the live chat support channel available 24/7 on vr9999.net. vr9999 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is conducted.

• You must log out of your vr9999 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum single deposit on vr9999 is 500 PKR.
• Deposits are credited to your vr9999 PKR wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• vr9999 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and potential account closure.
• Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming only. vr9999 does not function as a financial institution and deposited PKR funds do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal from a vr9999 account is 1,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals are processed to the Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet (or bank account) registered to your verified vr9999 profile.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• vr9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above 100,000 PKR.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your vr9999 account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered in real-money gameplay before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%, and sports bets contribute as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent vr9999 bonus terms — including through multi-account registration, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

vr9999 offers multiple categories of gameplay including live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger), RNG-based slot games (including Fortune Ox and Megaways titles), cockfighting live streams, and sports betting across cricket, football, and other markets. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

• All RNG-based games on vr9999 use independently certified random number generation systems. vr9999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including internet disconnection on the player's side — the game outcome is determined by the vr9999 server record, which is the authoritative source for all bet settlements.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with vr9999 sportsbook rules. Bets on matches declared void (due to abandonment, force majeure, or other qualifying events) will be refunded to the player's PKR wallet at the original stake amount.
• vr9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds due to data feed errors or system faults. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• The maximum winnable amount from a single spin or bet on vr9999 may be subject to a cap as stated in individual game rules — particularly for progressive jackpot games including Fortune Ox.

vr9999 game results are final once confirmed by the server. Requests to reverse confirmed game outcomes on the basis of player dissatisfaction with the result (as distinct from a genuine technical error) will not be entertained.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vr9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with vr9999 games on your behalf.

vr9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at vr9999.net/privacy-policy. By registering a vr9999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data vr9999 collects includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, CNIC details (for KYC), payment method information, gameplay history, and device identifiers. vr9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
